This Privacy Policy explains how Ovon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the DeliveryPro mobile application (the "App"). The App is provided to staff at car dealerships to carry out vehicle inspections, deliveries, and collections.

Location may be collected in the background while a job is active, even when the App is minimised. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some features will not work without it.
If you grant permission, we send push notifications to alert you about new jobs, schedule changes, and other operational updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We automatically collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, and crash/diagnostic logs. This helps us keep the App secure, stable, and compatible.

Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service to your dealership and to meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations. Inspection records, photos, and videos are typically retained for the duration of your dealership's contract with Ovon, and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with the Dealership's instructions. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of credentials on the device (via the operating system's secure keystore), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

DeliveryPro is intended solely for use by dealership employees and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
The App integrates Mapbox for mapping and navigation. Mapbox processes device, location, and request data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy. Push notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
